A building is only as good as the sum of its parts. We approach buildings from a holistic perspective, ensuring all parts are working in concert to best meet and serve the needs of owners, operators, and occupants. From mechanical systems hidden from view to public spaces used everyday, we leave no stone unturned when tackling a project.

What we do

Cx Associates is in the business of decreasing building energy use as a way to combat climate change through all of our service areas. We focus on innovation and best practices to deliver results that make a difference in individual buildings, or across efficiency programs.

Cx Associates’ independent design review resulted in both cost savings and more green alternatives for our expansion project. We were able to save$40,000 off the initial construction bids and meet project objectives including ongoing annual savings and a quiet energy conscious building.
